Ok – the title below is dumb – KindleGate – but the read is interesting on how unreasonable the methods of DRM and eBooks are and will continue to be. DRM is making pirates out of all of us, just to use what we own.

Apple snuck out an all new iPod Shuffle today. No buttons. Looks like a little aluminum cylindar. All the controls are on the earbuds. It also has a text-to-speech feature that allows the track and artist info to be read to you. And the price – $79 for a 4GB model. Not bad.
