That’s right! I did it! I hit 50,000 and then a little bit! I am so excited! Of course, the book is not done. The characters decided on some things I did not have planned. I am guessing another 30,000 words. Maybe. Who knows. and right now – WHO CARES!
What is equally exciting is that of the three people that were writing along with me, two of them also cracked the 50,000 mark. Both my mom and brother-in-law Scott crossed the finish line. Congrats to you both!

I am hoping to actually finish the book soon. Now I do not have to do it as such a break neck pace. Now to get ready for next year.
