Beer Review: Fool Circle American Stout
American Stout (on left) with A California Red and a Pale Ale (which I did not get to try

I sampled the new American Stout from Fool Circle over the weekend. A fine textbook stout. Not a radical redefinition and not a lame brew. It pours dark with a short head. Nice malty meets hoppy-aroma. Sweet hops up front with warming malts to finish the ride. Nice.
