My Mac was returned to my safe keeping today.  But you know what is very frustrating, other than the fact that I lost all the data, had it setup the way I want, had downloaded all my favorite Open Source programs - it’s that they did NOT install all the software updates.  I am talking about OS and system associated or even Apple software updates.  I have worked in helpdesk/desktop support environments and you always return a system - especially what is a brand new one now - with all the updates installed! 

I now have to wait for over 450MB of updates  to download and install. UGH.  Let alone all the time to download and reconfig all the previous software packages.

What a pain in the ass.
