Looks like I will have 2 offers from 2 different companys to review. Both are appealing on some level, and have big cons on the other. I will have to look them over and really put some thought into it.

I want a company that will endorse my talents and ambitions and allow me to grow. At the same time I want a company that will allow me to be someone OUTSIDE of the company and endorses that feature in a big way. I also want the ability to advance. That was a huge draw back of the last 2 companys I worked for, one being so small that the only advance I could have made was to owner; the other so huge that no one would know you were even there or not.

More on this as it unfolds. Maybe I can start a bidding war for my services. HELLO company Leer Jet
